Analysis of NRA and Chlorophyll Dynamic Content in Low-protein Variant Lines of Wheat Transferal with Soybean DNA by Ion Beam

摘  要:对离子束介导大豆DNA的小麦后代低蛋白质变异株系的旗叶硝酸还原酶活性(nitrate reductase ac-tivity NRA)、叶绿素含量进行分析.结果表明:株系05-49的NRA从抽穗中期至灌浆后期均高于对照,灌浆末期低于对照;株系05-14从扬花中期至灌浆中期均低于对照,灌浆后期至末期均高于对照.叶绿素总含量、叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量,株系05-14在被检测的各时期均高于对照,株系05-49仅在灌浆末期低于对照,其它各时期均高于对照.两变异株系叶绿素a/b值均低于对照.The research was carried out to study nitrate reductase activity and content of chlorophyll in flag leaves of lowprotein wheat variant lines transferred by ion beam with soybean DNA. Results showed that NRA of variant line 05--49 was higher than CK from the middle stage of heading to grain filling stage and lower during later grain filling stage, whereas variant line 05-- 14 has lower NRA by contrast with CK from the middle stage of flowering to the middle stage of grain filling and higher from later grain filling to end grain filling. Over all the content of Chlorophyll, meanly including Chlorophyll a and Chlorophyll b, in variant line 05-14 was higher than CK at every phrase, but that of variant line 05--49 was lower at end grain filling and higher at other phrases in contrast to CK. The ratios of Chlorophyll a and Chlorophyll b in both lines were lower than CK.
