摘 要:目的:研究蒙药复方的控制和质量控制的有效方法。方法:实验采用微波消解ICP-AES法同时测定希日乌日乐(1^#、2^#)中15种微量元素及其含量。结果:希日乌日乐中人体必需的微量元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn的含量相对高,而人体有害的重金属元素Cd、Pb、Ag的含量相对较低,但人体有害微量元素As的含量相当高。加标回收率在97.5%~105.5%之间,相对标准偏差RSD≤2.88%,检出限≤0.009μg/mL。结论:该方法为蒙药复方的控制及蒙药质量的控制提供新的参考依据。AIM: An effective method for controlling quality of Mongolian medicine was researched. METHODS: 15 trace elements and their content in Xirawrel (1^# ,2^#) were determined by ICP-AES. RESULTS: It has been found that there were much higher content of essential trace elements-Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn and relative lower content of harmful heavy metal elements-Cd, Pb, Ag in Xirawrel, except of arsenic. The recoveries of standard addition were in the range of 97.5%-105.5%. The relative standard was ≤2.88% and detection limit was in the range of ≤0.009 μg/mL. CONCLUSION: This method provides a new approach to control quality of Mongolian medicine.
