摘　　要：目的研究冠心病与血尿酸的关系。方法回顾性分析2003～2005年我院收集的76例冠心病患者的临床资料及其血清尿酸结果。结果冠心病患者的血清尿酸显著高于非冠心病患者。结论尿酸与心血管事件的发生显著相关。血尿酸升高是反映冠心病患者病情严重程度的一个重要指标,可预防心血管事件的发生。Objective To study the correlation between coronary heart disease and blood uric acid. Methods Retrospective Analysis of 76 clinical cases of coronary heart disease and their blood uric acid between the year of 2003 - 2005. Results The patients with coronary heart disease have a significantly higher blood uric acid level than those without coronary heart disease. Conclusion Uric acid has a close relationship with cardiovascular disease occurrences. A higher level of blood uric acid is one of the indicators of the seriousness of coronary heart disease. Early preventive measures are highly recommended to stop the occurrence of coronary heart disease.
