摘  要:增强纤维材料PA66可以有效地改善塑料制件的力学性能,但是充填过程的剪切流动又对PA66的纤维起到了拉伸作用,从而引起纤维取向。这种取向的产生一方面会导致制件不同方向的收缩,另一方面在熔接线区的纤维取向方向因平行于熔接方向而大大降低其熔接线强度,制件整体强度下降。探讨了用计算机模拟增强纤维PA66材料充填过程引起的纤维取向的计算方法,借助计算机对有强度要求的增强纤维PA66材料制件的熔接线强度的形成和影响其强度的因素逐一进行剖析,提出了改变浇口类型以改变纤维取向方向来提高制件整体强度的方法。For glass fiber reinforcement is well established as a means of significantly improving on mechanical performance of plastic parts. The parts of glass fiber reinforced composites, however, has two aspects of the problems. One is fiber orientation brings differential shrinkage. The other is the strength of weld lines takes from for fiber orientation distribution parallel to weld lines. The part, which was molded from glass fiber reinforced composites PA66, was simulated using injection molding simulation software from CAE software, the part was simulated with different types of gating, including multi-direct gates and disk gate. The results showed that the optimum disk gate in order to change fiber orientations of occur at the rcgions where the filling analysis shows weld lines.
