摘  要:从结晶动力学和结晶热力学角度出发,对塑料材料在注塑充填过程中的非等温结晶进行分析,把半结晶性材料在型腔内流动时剪切诱导的结晶对温度场的影响归结到平衡熔融温度的升高上,从而建立从微观到宏观的分析过程。将微观结晶动力学方程与宏观能量方程进行联立,对半结晶性塑料流动过程进行模拟,得到充填结束时的相对结晶度分布,分析其结果表明,把结晶效应考虑到整个充填过程能够得到更准确的温度场计算结果。The non-isothermal condition and the stress-induced effect were considered during analyzing the crystallization of semi-crystalline plastics materials in the process of injection-mold filling. According to the theory of kinetics and thermodynamics of crystallization, the influencing of the shear-induced crystallization during the semi-crystalline materials flowing through the cavity was owed to the elevation of the equilibrium melting temperature, so the method of analysis from micro-scale to macro-scale can be obtaincd. The micro-scale kinetics equations of crystallization and the macro-scale energy equations was built up coupling, and the flowing of semi-crystalline plastics was simulated, then the distribution of relative degree of crystallinity was obtained. In comparison with the result of theory analyzing, the result of simulation shows it can gain the better exactly compute result in consideration of the influence of crystallization during the simulation of filling and the statue of crystallization can be known simultaneously.
