摘  要:描述了红外辐射技术和热电偶用于测量聚合物材料变形时表面和内部温度的方法,在动态压缩中,用T型微丝热电偶测得了聚碳酸酯的内部温度变化;在准静态拉伸试验中,用红外热像仪获得了聚碳酸酯拉伸过程中的表面温度变化及表面温度场。结果表明,聚合物在准静态拉伸过程中,接近材料的屈服点时温度开始上升,在屈服点处试件表面温度最高,表面温度上升23℃至26℃,达到最高温度的时间与应变率有关;动态压缩时,试件中心温度上升最高,由里向外逐渐降低,试件内部温度与应变率和离表面的距离有关,在应变率为2500 s-1时,内部温度上升约42℃,有60%的塑性功转化为热。In this paper, the interior and exterior temperature of the deforming polycarbonate was measured by infraed radiation technique and thermocouple. The variety of interior temperature was obtained by T shape thermocouple in dynamic compression of polycarbonate and the variety of exterior temperature and the surface temperature field were achieved by infraed thermoimage instrument in quasistatic tensile test of polycarbonate. The results show that the temperature begins to raise when the tensile test approaches to the yield point and comes to the highest at the yield point with a raised temperature of 23℃ to 26℃, and the time of temperature raising depends on the strain ratio. The raised temperature is the highest in the center of the specimen and become to decrease from center to outside. The interior raised temperature of specimen depends on the strain ration and the distance from the outer surface. The raised temperature of the interior specimen is about 42℃, which is transformed from 60 percent of plastic work.
