摘  要:用极限黏度法测定合成聚天冬氨酸的粘均分子量,用静态阻垢法评价聚天冬氨酸的性能,用摇床法检验聚天冬氨酸的生物降解性。结果表明,粘均分子量为10000 g/mol的聚天冬氨酸阻垢效果最佳,对CaCO3、CaSO4、BaSO4垢的阻垢率都达到90%以上,生物降解率也在70%以上。At present scale inhibitors in common use include inorganic polyphosphates, phosphorus-containing scale inhibitors, low-molecular-weight polymer, natural scale inhibitors and so on. non-phosphorus green scale inhibitors have been developed since 1990 overseas, which indicates green scale inhibitors have became one of developmental aspects in water treatment medicaments. This article studied the performance of the green inhibitor polyaspartic acid(PASP). The viscosity-average molecular weight of PASP, scale inhibition performance and biodegradation were respectively measured and analyzed by using viscometry, static anti-scaling method and shaking-bottle incubating test. The results show: the PASP has the best scale inhibition performance when its viscosity-average molecular weight is 10000 g/mol. And its inhibiting efficiency reaches over 90% to the scale of CaCO3, CaSO4, BaSO4, biodegradation rate can reach over 70%.
