摘  要:目的从力学的角度分析腹主动脉瘤破裂和胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤破裂的原因。方法通过胸主动脉夹层假腔内外层的屈服形状改变比能,发现两者间的关系。结果60%的实验犬形成夹层模型。假腔内层的形状改变比能测试结果差异有统计学意义。结论当胸主动脉管壁遭遇大于内层屈服形状改变比能而又小于外层屈服形状改变比能的血流冲击时,就会导致中膜分离形成夹层。Objective To investigate the reason of abdominal aorta aneurysm rupture and thoracic aorta dissection aneurysm ruputre. Methods Found the relationship of aortic dissection false lumen's ectonexine of aortic tunica media by test and measurement their shape - changed strength ratio. Results 60 percent of the experiment dogs were made to the canine aortic dissection model. Then, the numerical value was different between the aortic dissection false lumen's ectonexine of aortic tunica media with statistical treatment. Conclusion It would be happened that thoracic aortic were dissected by blooding impacting, if the power of blooding impacting was more exceed than the shape - changed strength ratio of thoracic aorta dissection false lumen cndothecium wall and less than the shape- changed strength ratio of thoracic aorta dissection false lumen cxothecium wall.
