摘  要:Mg-Al系镁合金中的第二相主要是共晶βMg17Al12相,共晶β相的相对含量、形状、分布和大小对合金的强度和韧性有很大的影响。本文介绍了Mg-Al系镁合金国内外强韧化的进展,从合金强化、液态处理和固态处理晶粒细化等方面综述了镁合金强韧化的方法,并分析了不同方法的特点和机理,指出了现阶段存在的问题和今后的工作思路。The main second-phase is eutectic β-Mg17 Al12 phase in the Mg-Al based alloys. The volume fraction, shape, distribution, and size of β phase have significant effects on the strengthening and toughening of magnesium alloys. The progress of strengthening and toughening of Mg-AI based alloys is introduced, and the strengthening and toughening methods are reviewed from alloying and refining grain under liquid and solid stage treatment in the magnesium alloys. The characteristics and mechanisms of these different strengthen and toughening methods are also analyzed, and the existed problems and development directions are pointed out.
