摘  要:运用ANSYS软件参数化语言APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language)对中国建材装备总公司的国外某10000t/d水泥生产线的回转窑第二挡支撑处的托轮与托轮轴之间的过盈配合接触进行了有限元分析,不考虑温度场对其力学特征的影响,得出了托轮与托轮轴的接触应力,找出了托轮与托轮轴的危险薄弱面,从而为托轮与托轮轴的设计及调整提供理论指导。Using ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL) of the ANSYS software to have a finite element analysis on the interference fit contact between the kiln and its axle of the rotary kiln in the second supporting part of an overseas 10000rid new type dry-process cement production line that has been contracted by China National Building Material Equipment LTD. CO., without any consideration of temperature influences on the mechanics of the rotary kiln. Contact stress under the actual condition are acquired, the dangerous weak section is also pointed out, and finally it provides academic instruction for design and adjustment of kiln roller.
