摘　　要：金工实习中需要注意的首要问题就是安全,尤其是车工实习的安全。笔者从硬件角度探讨了如何保证在车工实习中学生的人身安全和设备安全,主要包括卡盘断电安全防护装置、卡盘防撞行程限位安全防护装置、尾座防脱落安全防护装置的设计。The most important thing is the safety in metalworking practices that everyone should pay attention to, especially the safety in lathe work practices. This article discusses a valid method that how to guarantee the safety for students and equipments by hardware, including the design of the chuck＇s power-off protection, the chuck＇s safeguard of lead limit and the safeguard of preventing tailstock falling off.
