摘　　要：针对云南重大森林害虫—纵坑切梢小蠹寄生真菌粉拟青霉的产业化关键问题,探讨该菌的生产工艺流程,生产步骤和相关的各项生产参数,以及生产中各个环节的具体操作方法和与之对应的质量检测内容、标准、方法;概述其林间应用技术,林间试验结果表明粉拟青霉对松小蠹具有较好的防治效果。Focus on the key problem related to industrialization of Paecilomyces farinosus of Myelophilus piniperda, a severe forest pest in Yunnan, the paper discusses the technological process, procedures and relevant index of the production; and the details of the operational method and corresponding content, criteria and ways for quality examination. The experiment applied in the forest shows the excellent result of Paecilomyces farinosus to control Myelophilus piniperda.
