摘　　要：介绍了国内外氯乙酸的生产工艺和市场需求。指出在国内用醋酐法代替硫磺法生产氯乙酸的必然趋势。针对国内氯乙酸生产中存在的装置规模小,技术、生产设备及控制手段落后,环境污染严重等问题提出了发展建议。Production process and market requirement of chloroacetic acid at home and abroad were introduced. Sulfur method replaced by acetic anhydride method for chloroacetic production is the trends in domestic. Development suggestions were put forward according to esixting problem in chloroacetic acid production, including small scale units, old technogly, backward production equipment and control method, and heavy environment pollution.
