摘　　要：采用文献资料法、特尔菲法收集、整理资料。运用AHP法建立了经营性体育健身场所服务质量评价的层次结构,提出分析模型和计算方法,并给出了一个具体实例。Methods of documentation, field research, survey research were employed. By applying the AHP, the evaluation of service quality of business sport fitness center was pointed and its hierarchy structure was constructed. Analyzed model and calculated method were put forward with a specific example.
