摘　　要：全球化背景下文化安全研究的内容日益广泛,而与其密切相关的信息安全成为一个全新的、突出的问题。针对目前信息安全面临的严峻形势,应树立信息安全意识,加强信息安全技术研发,建立健全信息安全法律法规,建立信息安全通报和应急处置体系,积极推动信息安全国际机制的建立。The contents of research on cultural security under the background of globalization are increasing. Information security, which is closely related to cultural security, has become a new and obvious issue. As to the rigorous circumstance that information security is facing, we should build the sense of information security, strengthen study on information security technology, establish and improve information security laws and regulations, set up information security reporting and emergency system, put forward the building of international mechanism of information security.
