摘  要:采用声光调Q二级管泵浦固体光源(DPSS)NdYAG激光器对缸套试件表面进行了微造型网纹加工。在往复式活塞环-缸套摩擦磨损模拟试验机上进行了激光造型缸套试件与未造型光滑缸套试件的摩擦磨损性能对比试验研究。试验结果表明,在重载高速条件下,激光网纹试件与未造型试件相比,摩擦因数降低23%,磨损量降低66%。说明激光网纹沟槽具有贮油、积屑和动压润滑作用,同时激光加工的网纹淬火效应也有利于提高支承表面的耐磨抗擦伤性能。A comparison between laser-structured liner specimens and unstructured ones was described regarding the tribological behavior. The well-defined surface textures on samples from cylinder liner were produced with a Q switched diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) Nd : YAG laser. The experiments were carried out on a simulating friction tester of reciprocating cylinder liner/piston ring. Experimental results show that the friction coefficient of laser-structured specimens is reduced by 23% and the amount of wear is reduced by 66% , when compared with unstructured specimens under higher speed and load. The laser honing grooves can act as lubricant reservoir as well as traps for wear debris and generate hydrodynamic pressure between oil-lubricated sliding surfaces. The neighbor zones of grooves are hardened by laser quenching. Laser-structured specimens show high resistance to scuffing compared to unstructured ones.
