摘  要:对不同热处理下的高钒高速钢,采用X射线衍射仪测量其残余奥氏体量,利用滚动磨损试验机测量其耐磨性,分析了残余奥氏体量对其力学性能及滚动磨损性能的影响。研究结果表明:高钒高速钢成分为3.04C,8.80V,3.87Cr,2.98Mo时,热处理对基体的显微组织的影响主要表现为马氏体和残余奥氏体的相对变化量上;残余奥氏体量增加,其滚动耐磨性升高,并呈开口向上的二次曲线关系,但耐磨性数据波动范围明显加大;残余奥氏体量与硬度呈开口向下的二次曲线关系,与冲击韧性近似呈直线关系。在本试验条件下,综合考虑残余奥氏体量对其滚动耐磨性、耐磨性数据波动范围及力学性能的影响,残余奥氏体量以45%~55%(体积分数)为宜,其相应的淬火温度为950~1050℃,回火温度为450~550℃。Different heat treatments were carried out on high vanadium high speed steel, X-ray diffraction instrument was used to measure retained austenite content, rolling wear tester was used to study the rolling wear properties of high vanadium high speed steel, and its microstructure was analysed by SEM, the effects of retained austenite on mechanical properties and rolling wear properties were studied. The results show that when the mass contents of samples are 3.04% of carbon, 8.80% of vanadium, 3.87% of chromium and 2.98% of molybdenum, the microstructure of matrix is mainly depended on the amount of martensite and retained austenite after heat treatment;when the amount of retained austenite is increased, rolling wear resistance is improved, and the two are in curvilinear regression of second degree of shedding up, but the fluctuation range of rolling wear resistance obviously increases. Retained austenite and hardness are in curvilinear regression of second degree of shedding down, retained austenite and impact toughness are in approximately linear regression. Considering the effects of retained austenite on its rolling wear resistance, the range of rolling wear resistance and mechanical properties, under the condition of this test, proper volume fraction of retained austenite is 45% to 55 %, and its corresponding auenching temperature is 950 ℃ to 1 050℃ and temnering temperature is 450 ℃ to 550 ℃.
