摘 要:为了研究目前钢厂轧机压下系统丝杆螺母副使用的硬度比是否合理,对在N150.SW4润滑作用下钢-铜摩擦副摩擦学特性与钢表面硬度及表面处理工艺的关系进行了研究。结果表明:在N150.SW4润滑作用下,在硬度为HV320~800范围内,钢-铜摩擦副的磨损随钢表面的硬度提高而下降,目前钢厂轧机压下系统丝杆螺母副丝杆表面硬度是不尽合理的,建议将丝杆表面硬度提高到HV 800左右和采用适当的表面处理工艺(如FM法或气体氮化),同时,提高丝杆表面的光洁度。In order to study the rationality of hardness ratio for the lead screw-nut pair of rolling mill grinding device used at present, the tribology characteristic of the steel-copper friction pair and the relations between the steel skin hardness and the surface treatment craft under the NI50. SW4 lubrication was studied. The result indicates that, under the N150. SW4 lubrication,when the hardness is in the scope of HV 320 -800,the abrasion of the steel-copper friction pair descends with the increase of steel skin hardness. The hardness ratio of the skin hardness of lead screw-nut pair of rolling mill grinding device is unreasonable,it is suggested to enhance the lead screw skin hardness to about HV 800, use the suit- able surface treatment craft (for example the FM method or gas nitriding), and enhance the lead screw surface finish.
