摘 要:将焦化厂产生的固体废弃物在5kg小焦炉上进行配煤炼焦实验,在保证焦炭质量不变的前提下,分别用2.0%的焦油渣、焦粉、活性污泥替代肥煤、瘦煤、肥煤炼焦。通过正交实验,找出配煤比固定时废弃物的最佳添加量。添加1.0%焦粉、2.0%焦油渣和1.0%活性污泥时所炼制的焦炭质量最好。The coal blending and coking test for solid waste produced in the Coking Plant was made on 5kg test oven, under the premise of ensuring stable coke quality, 2.0% tar residue, coke fine and activated sludge were respectively used to substitute fat coal, lean coal and fat coal for coke-making. By means of orthogonal test, the optimum addition volume of solid waste when coal blending ratio is fixed. The best coke quality was obtained when 1.0% coke fine, 2.0 tar residue and 1.0% activated sludge were added.
