摘　　要：农村土地集体所有制已经难已适应社会主义新农村的建设。当前,迫切需要农村土地产权制度的率先变革。结合目前我国农村实际,本文建议实施国有条件下的农民土地股份合作制。The land collective ownership then prevailing in the countryside has now been found hard to meet the needs of the new countryside socialist construction. It is the current urgent need that calls for an immediate transformation of the countryside land property right system. In accordance with the actualities of the countryside, this article suggests that a state - own joint - stock system of farmers＇ land be implemented.
