摘　　要：集体土地所有权制度改革需要从民法理论上科学类型化集体土地所有权,更需要适应土地利用方式和农村社会经济改革的现实要求。集体土地所有权制度改革应当以增强所有权主体的独立性、健全“重在利用”的权利体系、拓展土地的价值支配形式以及逐步实现农民土地权利与农村居民身份分离为目标。The issue of collective ownership of land is not only a question of being classified scientifically and theoretically, but also a question of being reconstructed according to the changing land utilizing methods and the reform of the rural society and economy. And the direction should be： strengthening the independence of the collective economic organization, perfecting the system of ownership of property emphasi- zing particularly on the right of utilizing, enriching the form of ownership of property on the value of the property and separating the farmer＇s land right and their residential status.
