摘 要:通过土壤培养试验研究Cu、Pb及其交互作用对鱼腥草累积Cu和Pb的影响。结果表明,鱼腥草中Cu、Pb累积量随土壤中Cu和Pb添加量增加而显著增加。鱼腥草各部位对Cu的累积量为:地下茎>地上茎>叶,Pb的累积量为:地上茎>地下茎>叶。表明鱼腥草体内对Pb和Cu具有不同的转运机制。土壤中少量的Pb对鱼腥草累积Cu具有促进作用,当Pb添加量达到2000 mg/kg时又抑制鱼腥草累积Cu,Cu对鱼腥草累积Pb具有促进作用。The influence of copper, lead and their interaction on accumulation of copper and lead in the Houttuynia eordata Thunb was studied with the soil incubation experiment. The results indicated that with the increase of Cu, Pb concentration in soil, accumulation of Cu and Pb increased significantly in the Houtttiynia cordata Thunb. The accumulation of Cu in Houttuynia cordata Thunb was the stem under the ground 〉 the stem over the ground 〉 the leaves, while the accumulation of Pb was the stem over the ground 〉 the stem under the ground 〉 the leaves. It indicated that copper and lead in different parts had different transport mechanism. A small amount of Pb could promote the accumulation of Cu in Houttuyrda cordata Thunb,but it could decrease the accmnulation of Cu with Pb concentration of 2 000 mg/kg. Cu could promote the accumulation of Pb in Hotatuyrda cordata Thunb significantly.
