农户农地流转决策影响因素分析——以湖北省典型区域为例

摘　　要：农户农地流转决策影响因素的分析对于促进农地流转市场的快速发展至关重要。从影响农户农地流转决策的农户家庭状况、耕种土地条件、国家宏观政策、集体干预程度和其他因素等五方面分析入手,通过构建Logistic回归模型,探讨影响农户农地流转决策的显著因子,并以湖北省4个典型区域调查数据为基础,进行模型的求解。结果表明,影响农户农地流转决策的显著因子共有12个,各影响因素对农户农地流转的影响与影响因素作用机理的理论分析基本吻合。最后提出了促进湖北省农地流转市场发展的具体建议。By constructing Logistic regress model, the notable factors of effecting farmer decision in farmland circulation were discussed through analysis on the effecting factors as farmer family status, land cultivation condition, nation grand policy, collectivity intervening degree and other factors. Based on the investigation data of 4 typical regions of HuBei province, the solving results by logistic model showed that there were 12 notable factors of effecting farmer decision in farmland circulation. The influence of these factors effecting farmer farmland circulation accorded with the theory analysis of action mechanism of effecting factor. Some stggestions of improving farmland circulation market development in Hubei province were put forward.
