花药绒毡层发育相关基因的研究进展

摘　　要：在花粉发育中,花药绒毡层具有重要功能。绒毡层发育中的任何异常都将导致花粉败育。近年来,在对花粉发育的研究中,鉴定并克隆了一些与绒毡层发育相关的基因。对花药绒毡层发育相关基因的克隆、表达、调控及基因工程应用等方面作了综述。In the process of pollen formation and development, the tapetum of plant anther played a very important role. Disruption of tapotum development process could result in pollen abortion. In recent years, a number of genes related to normal tapotal development had been identified and cloned. In this paper, these genes were introduced from the aspects of clone, expression, regulation and their application in genetic engineering.
