摘  要:为了从热重实验数据简单准确地确定实际着火点的温度,提出了确定着火点的新方法。利用湛江发电厂煤种的热解与燃烧热重实验数据,分析了新方法与固定失重率法、TG分界点法、DTG分界点法和TG-DTG分界点法确定着火点的温度,得到了新方法在高挥发分煤种与固定失重率法一致,在低挥发分煤种比固定失重率法更接近实际着火温度;而新方法与TG-DTG分界点法对任何煤种相差不大,但比TG-DTG分界点法高效、简单。In order to confirm the actual temperature of the kindling point simply and truly, the new method for confirm the temperature of the kindling point is puts forward, Utilizing the combustion and pyrogenation thermal-gravity experiment data of Zhanjiang Power plant, it is analyzed that the new method, the constant weightlessness rate method, TG (thermal-gravity) dividing point method, DTG (differential therraal-gravity) dividing point method and TG-DTG dividing point method confirmed the temperature of the kindling point, It is obtained that the results of the new method accord with those of the constant weightlessness rate method for high-volatilization coals and are more close to the actual temperature of the kindling point for low-volatilization coals; and the results of the new method accord with the TG-DTG dividing point method for any coals and the new method is more simple.
