摘  要:目的:研究窒息后缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿脐血神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的变化及临床意义。方法:同期足月正常新生儿26例为对照组,1分钟Apgar评分<7分的窒息新生儿58例,其中36例为非HIE组,22例为HIE组。采用放射免疫法测定脐血NSE水平。结果:窒息后发生HIE组的NSE水平为(24.13±3.82)μg/L,高于对照组(13.24±2.84)μg/L,且高于窒息后未发生HIE组的NSE水平(14.68±3.30)μg/L(P均<0.05)。结论:检测窒息后脐血NSE水平可早期预测HIE发生,作为早期诊断HIE的一个指标。Objective: To study clinical significance of NSE in umbilical cord blood of asphyxial neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods: Twenty - six cases of healthy infants were regarded as control group. Fifty - eight cases of asphyxial neonates were divided two groups, 36 cases without HIE and 22 cases with HIE. NSE levels in umbilical cord blood of three groups were measured with RIA. Results: NSE levels in umbilical cord blood of group with HIE (24. 13 ±3. 82 p,g/L) were significantly higher than that of control group ( 13. 24 ± 2. 84 p,g/L) ( P 〈 0. 05), and that of group without HIE ( 14. 68 ± 3. 30 p,g/L) ( P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion: To measure NSE level in umbilical cord blood of asphyxial neonates may be helpful in the early diagnosis of asphyxial neonates with HIE.
