摘　　要：龙滩水电站是红水河梯级综合开发的巨型龙头工程。该电站建成后,为红水河流域实行梯级联合运行创造了条件,并在梯级联合运行中发挥重要作用。对红水河流域的水电站群实行梯级联合调度,可以充分利用流域的水能资源,可使红水河梯级电站更好地适应电力市场化改革的需要,提高企业的抗风险能力,争取社会和经济效益的最大化。The Longtan Hydropower Station is the Hongshui River Integrated Development of the stairs leading engineering giant, Cascade is the ＂leading＂ power station. On Red River Basin hydropower stations Cascade joint implementation group scheduling,can fully utilize the basin water resources.Longtan Hydropower Station is completed,the Red River Cascade will enable the Red River power plant to better adapt to the reform of the electricity market needs,increase their ability to resist risks.seek to maximize social and econmic benefits.
