摘 要:随着我国水电事业的迅猛发展,为了提高水电工程建设管理水平,需要大力推进工程项目总承包机制。结合目前通行的工程总承包模式,分析了当前小型水电工程实施项目总承包的必要性和优点,同时对某小型水电站工程项目的总承包实施效果进行了分析论证。论证结果表明,小型水电工程实施项目总承包有较大的经济效益,有助于建立现代管理机制,优化项目资源配置,完善项目的功能作用,合理化解工程风险,有利于投资控制和风险控制。With the rapid hydroelectric development and in order to advance the construction management level of hydropower project.which needs to advance the general contract project. According to the present model of general contract project mechanism .the necessity and advantage of small hydro power were analyzed. At the same time combining some small hydro power, the results of general contract project plan was analyzed. The practice of some small hydro power shows: there are enormous economic benefits in general contract project of small hydro power, it can redound to set up the modem management mechanism, optimize the resource distribution of the project, perfect the function of the project, dissolve the project risk rationally, help to make the investment and control controlling with the risk.
