复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：为进一步验证复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：运用复方丹参滴丸与消心痛随机对照治疗冠心病心绞痛患者１４９例，其中治疗组１０１例，对照组４８例。结果：治疗组心绞痛速效止痛总有效率为８４．１６％，对照组总有效率为８７．５０％，两组立刻含药后半小时查心电图，其心电图总有效率治疗组为４６．５３％，对照组为４３．７５％（Ｐ均＞０．０５）；两组患者分别以常规用量（即前组每次１０粒，后组每次１０ｍｇ）均每日３次含服，连续治疗４周后，观察心绞痛症状和休息状态下心电图，治疗组心绞痛症状缓解总有效率为９５．０５％，心电图总有效率为６０．４０％，对照组则分别为７９．１７％和３７．５０％，两组分别对照比较，Ｐ均＜０．０５。结论：复方丹参滴丸对冠心病心绞痛具有长效治疗作用，其心绞痛症状与心电图疗效均明显优于消心痛。Objective:To examine the clinical therapeutic effects of composite “dan shen” droplet pills (CDDP) in treatment of stenocardia of coronary heart disease.Methods:Applied CDDP and sorbitrate to treat 149 cases suffering from stenocardia of coronary heart disease randomly,making a contrast between the first group of 101 cases taking CDDP and the second group of 48 cases taking sorbitrate.The total immediate analgesic effect for stenocardia has been observed.Results:In the first group,the total effective rate is 84 16%(The analgesic effect is determined within 10 min after administration 10 pills of composite “dan shen” droplet pills when stenocardia occurs),while in the second group it is 87 50%(The analgesic effect is determined within 10 min after administration 10 mg of sorbitrate when stenocardia occurs).Half an hour after administration of the pills,both groups received ECG examination,which indicated the total effective rates of 46 53% and 43 75% respectively( P >0 05).After both groups took common dosage (the first group 10 pills,the second 10 mg,3 times per day,sustaining 4 weeks),the total curative effect rate of the patients′ restful ECG and stenocardia signs in the first group grew higher than the second group(60 40%,95 05% and 37 50%,79 17% respectively, P <0 01).Conclusions:CDDP has a long acting analgesic effect for stenocardia of the patients with coronary disease.It indicated that CDDP is superior to sorbitrate in relief from stenocardia signs and ECG feature.
