带部分夹套卧式容器三维有限元模拟

摘　　要：对带有部分夹套的卧式容器,关于夹套和筒体的强度及其稳定性计算,目前还没有资料可作为参考。以带有部分夹套的卧式容器为例,采用Ansys软件进行了有限元三维模拟,分析了容器的应力与变形,给出了筒体和夹套的整体变形及应力分布情况。On the horizontal vessel with the partial jacket, the calculating method of intensity and stability of the jacket and shell still has not introduced in the correlative reference. The horizontal cylindrical vessels symmetrically supported on two saddle supports are analyzed with the finite element software Ansys. Distortion and stress of the Vessels and jacket are analyzed. And distribution of distortion and stress are exhibited.
