摘　　要：目的:实现检验部门数据自动化传输,患者信息、诊断信息、检验信息同步传递。方法:系统采用客户机/服务器结构,应用MSSQLSERVER2000数据库管理系统和Powerbuilder8.0语言程序设计开发。具有数据传输、质量控制、综合查询和数据安全管理等多项功能。结果:预条码检验信息系统与HIS系统无缝连接,提高了工作效率及工作质量,实现了信息共享及同步传递。制式检验申请单的应用促进了管理工作的科学化、规范化和标准化。Objective To realize the automatic delivery of the data in the laboratory and the synchronous transmission of the information on patient, diagnosis and laboratory. Method The system was designed and developed under the Client/server structure, with the application of MSSQISERVER2000 database management and PowerBuilder8.0 language program. It has many functions, such as data transmission, quality control, comprehensive inquiry and data security management. Result The seamless connection between pre bar code hospital-laboratory information system and HIS makes the work efficiency and work quality enhanced, and makes the information shared and transmitted synchronously. The formal lab requisition results in scientific, normalized and standardized management.
