摘 要:S型皮托管是工业过程中测量含尘气体最为常用的流速测量装置之一,但由于取压孔开口较大,对其测量会有一定的影响。为了减小取压孔引起的误差,并保持S型皮托管的优点,研究了一种新型的皮托管一类S型皮托管的测量特性。首先,根据对置有皮托管的流场数值模拟的结果,确定了较优管型的开口斜度;其次,在流速范围为15-50m/s的DN100风管中对类S型皮托管进行了实流标定实验。结果表明:在实验范围内,类S型皮托管的校准系数都比较稳定,并非常接近1,其相对误差为±4%,能够满足大多数工业现场介质流速测量的要求。The S type Pitot tube is one of the most widely used meters for dust contained gas velocity measurements in the industrial field, but the large pressure ports it has have influence on its measurement performance. A new kind of S type Pitot tube, named quasi-S type Pitot tube, is studied in order to decrease the effect caused by pressure ports but maintain its merits. Based on the findings from numerical simulations for the flow field of quasi-S type Pitot tube, a suitable port angle is determined for the better configuration. Then air experiments are carried out in a DN100 pipe with the flow velocity ranged from 15 -50 m/s. The results show that the calibration coefficients of the quasi-S type Pitot tube is quite stable and very close to 1, and its relative errors are ±4 % ,which can satisfy the fluid flow measurement in most industrial applications.
