摘　　要：目的:观察中医不同治则代表方药对人胃癌BGC细胞株增殖的影响。方法:以各方药不同浓度含药血清培养BGC细胞24 h、48 h、72 h,以MTT法检测对细胞增殖的影响。结果:各含药血清均不同程度地抑制BGC细胞增殖,且呈一定时间依赖性和剂量依赖性。结论:不同治则代表方药均不同程度地抑制BGC细胞增殖,且呈一定时效和量效关系。Objective： To investigate the inhibitory effect of Chinese herbal medicine contained serum on gastric cancer BGC cell in vitro. Methods： MTT method and serum pharmacology method were used to observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on the growth of BGC ceils. Results： Compared with normal serum group, Chinese medicine contained serum groups could inhibit the growth of BGC cells significantly, and the inhibitory effects were time-depending and concentration depending. Conclusion：The present results showed that Chinese medicine contained serums could inhibit the growth of BGC cells.
