摘　　要：目的探讨临床路径（CNP）管理模式在临床护理中的应用效果。方法对甲状腺腺瘤切除患者进行CNP的对比研究。结果介入CNP管理实验组，其平均住院日缩短，术前等待时间减少，平均住院费用降低，患者满意度提高到96．7％，护理品质提升。结论CNP的应用有利于提高护理质量，规范护理行为，患者受益。Objective To explore the effect of the nursing management model using clinical nursing pathway （CNP） in the clinical nursing. Methods The comparison and study of CNP were conducted to the patients being received thyroid adenoma resection. Results In the experiment group involving CNP, the average length of stay in hospital was shorter, the waiting time before the operation was reduced, and the average expense was less than that in the control group free of CNP. The satisfaction rate of patients was increased by 13.4%, reaching to 96. 7%. The nursing quality was improved. Conclusions Application of CNP can improve the nursing quality, standardize the nursing action, and provide benefit to the patients.
