摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对老年高血压患者心理、行为、药物治疗依从性。高血压控制及高血压引起合并症的影响。方法对76例心内科住院老年高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例，观察组在对照组药物治疗和常规护理基础上实行护理干预，比较2组老年高血压患者对疾病知识认知程度、药物治疗依从性、高血压的控制及高血压引起合并症的情况。结果观察组患者对疾病知识认知率、药物治疗依从性、高血压控制及高血压引起舍并症与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论护理干预可以改善老年高血压患者的负性情绪，提高药物治疗依从性，高血压得到有效控制，避免或延缓了高血压引起的合并症。Objective To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on psychology, behavior, compliance of medication, blood pressure and hypertension-related complication of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 76 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into experimental group and control group and 38 cases in each group, patients in experimental group received advanced nursing on the base of routine nursing and medication identical with that in control group, the cognition of disease, compliance of medication, blood pressure and hypertension related complication of patients in each group were compared. Results Cognition of disease and compliance of medication of patients in experimental group showed better than that in control group （P 〈 0.01）, blood pressure and hypertension --related complication of patients in experimental group were lower significantly than that in control group （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusions Nursing intervention could relieve the negative emotion of elderly patients with hypertension and enhance the compliance of medication and decreased blood pressure and hypertension- related complication.
