摘　　要：急性脑卒中的致残率文献报道高达70％～85％，所致的残疾非常复杂。复习有关文献并结合临床实践，总结急性脑卒中的致残特点，以指导康复训练流程，最大限度的预防残疾或减轻致残程度。According to some published literatures, the proportion of disability caused by acute stroke is as high as up to 70%～80%, and the types of the resultant disability are also complex. In this article, combined the with our clinical works, we had reviewed the references about it, and summarized the characteristics of the resultant disability in order to guide the process of physical recovery and to avoid or ameliorate the disability as possible.
