益智仁总甾醇(苷)的纯化工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:研究和优选益智仁总甾醇(苷)的纯化工艺。方法:以β-谷甾醇为测定指标,采用比色法测定和比较醋酸乙酯萃取和聚酰胺纯化后总甾醇(苷)的含量。结果:聚酰胺纯化后和醋酸乙酯萃取测得的总甾醇(苷)含量分别为75.08%,62.27%。结论:聚酰胺纯化工艺优于醋酸乙酯萃取法。Objective： To study and optimize the purification process of total sterol （glycoside） of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. Methods： Take β -sitosterol as mark, use colorimetric method to assay the content of total sterol （glycoside） of different extract of Alpinia oxyphilla Miq. Results： With polyamide to adsorb and purify, the content of total sterol （glycoside） is 75.08%, with ethyl acetate to extract, the content of total sterol （glycoside） is 62.27%. Conclusion： The method of using polyamid is better than the method of using ethyl acetate.
