布拖附子最佳采收期的研究

摘　　要：目的:确定布拖附子最佳采收期。方法:采用折干率实验,研究不同生长期附子的产量,采用甲橙比色法测定附子中总生物碱含量。结果与结论:从药材内在质量和产量两方面综合考虑,确定8月20日至9月10日为布拖附子的最佳采收期。Objective： To determine the best harvest time of monkshood in Butuo. Methods： Researches the crop of monkshood in different growth periods by the experiment of drying rate, measures the total quantity of alkaloid contained in monkshood by xylenol orange colorimetry. Results and Conclusion： We consider from the quality and quantity of material of medicinal , the best harvest time of monkshood in Butuo is between Aug 20 and Sep 10.
