摘　　要：为了解决蒸馏水机控制系统不能实现自动控制,断电丢失控制参数和蒸馏水温度波动大等缺陷,使系统工作安全可靠、运行平稳,提高蒸馏水产量和质量,本文根据蒸馏水机的控制要求,用三菱PLC和触摸屏重新设计了PLC控制程序和触摸屏中文画面,完善了蒸馏水机的控制系统。In order to solve the problem that the original system of can not realize auto control ,lose control parameter after power cut , distilled water machine distilled water temperature waves big and so on ,and to make the whole system run securely ,reliably and calmly , yield and quality of the distilled water are enhanced. According to the control demand of the distilled water machine , the writer have redesigned PLC control program and touch screen Chinese menu through the use of Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen , and perfected the control system of distilled water machine .
