台商大陆研发投资的现状与特点——以昆山制造业台商为例

摘　　要：随着中国大陆经营环境的变迁,台商的营运模式不断有所提升,当地研发活动与合作也随之展开。本文通过对昆山制造业台商在大陆研发投资的动因、设立研发机构的性质和类型、未来趋势等方面的调查与分析,并结合台湾方面的相关实证研究文献,描述和考察台商大陆研发投资的现状与特点,并探索台商集聚区未来吸引台商研发投资的目标和策略选择。With the change and improvement of business environment in China's Mainland, the Taiwan Residents firms have promoted their business model, and increased their R＆D Investment there. By means of researches and analyses on the causes of R＆D investments on mainland by the businessmen of Taiwan, the qualities, types and the future trends of the R＆D organizations, and so on in the manufacturing in Kunshan, this thesis combines some related demonstrational literature on this research from Taiwan, describes and explores the status quo and characters of the R＆D investments on mainland from the businessmen of Taiwan, and also quests for the future aims and policies to attract the R＆D investments from the businessmen of Taiwan in the centralized regions for them.
