摘　　要：目的探讨血清总同型半胱氨酸(T-Hcy)水平与冠心病、高血压的相关性。方法对22例原发性冠心病,30例原发性高血压患者,32例冠心病合并高血压患者及12例正常人共86例患者进行血清总同型半胱氨酸(T-Hcy)浓度及TG、TC浓度检测,并对结果进行相关性分析。结果冠心病组、高血压组的T-Hcy水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论T-Hcy是冠心病的独立危险因子之一。T-Hcy浓度与高血压病存在相关性。Objective To investigate the homocysteine （Hcy） level in the patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Methods By using the ELISA method, the serum concentration of total homocysteine（T-Hcy） ,TG and TC was determined in 22 cases of pure coronary heart disease （CHD） ,30 cases of essential hypertension（EH） ,32 cases of coronary heart disease accompanied with hypertension and 12 healthy persons. The results were analysed with relativity. Results The level of T-Hcy in CHD group and EH group was significantly higher than that in normal control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion T-Hcy is one of independent risk factors in coronary heart disease. There is certain relationship between T-Hcy concentration and hypertension.
