摘 要:目的研究树酯毒素(RTX)抑制前列腺痛的神经电生理机制。方法大鼠双侧腹叶前列腺注射完全福氏佐剂(CFA)引起慢性前列腺炎症,在前列腺炎大鼠腰骶部椎管内或前列腺内注射RTX,通过记录盆神经传入放电反映前列腺痛觉的变化。结果前列腺炎大鼠盆神经传入放电增强,椎管内或前列腺内注射RTX能抑制前列腺炎大鼠盆神经传入放电。结论RTX能抑制盆神经传入电活动,是其抑制前列腺痛的重要机制。Objectve To study the neuro-electrophysiologic mechanism underlying the inhibition of resiniferatoxin(RTX) to prostatic pain. Methods Complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA) was injected into rat bilateral ventral prostate to induce chronic prostatic inflammation. RTX was injected into lumbosacral vertebral ca'nal or prostate of rat with prostatitis. Afferent discharge of the pelvic nerve was recorded to reflect the change of prostatic pain. Results Pelvic nerve afferent discharge of the increased in rat with prostatitis. RTX injection into vertebral canal or prostate could effectively inhibit pelvic nerve afferent discharge in rat with prostatitis. Conclusion RTX can inhibit afferent electrical activity of the pelvic nerve. It is a key mechanism underlying the inhibition of RTX to prostatic pain.
