摘　　要：利用Cobb-Dauglas生产函数与索洛增长速度方程相结合的方法对陕西省1985年～2004年间技术进步、劳动力和资金对铁路运输业的贡献分别进行了定量测算和分析，且基于量化分析结论，提出了陕西省“十一五”期间铁路运输业发展的政策建议。It carries out quantitative estimate and analysis of the contributions of technical advancement, labor and fund on rail transport industry in Shanxi from 1985 to 2004, using the method of combining Cobb-Danglas production function with Solow growth rate equation, and proposes polity recommendations for the development of railway transport industry in Shanxi during the period of ＂llth five-year plan＂ based on the conclusion of quantitative analysis.
