摘  要:目的显示五羟色胺(serotonin,5-HT)受体亚型1A在螺旋神经元上的分布。方法采用出生后3~6天的乳小鼠耳蜗进行冰冻切片,应用酶标链亲和素-生物素(labeled streptavidin-biolin technique,LsAB)技术显示五羟色胺受体亚型1A在螺旋神经元上的分布。结果实验组的乳鼠耳蜗螺旋神经元的细胞膜显示阳性信号,阴性对照组的乳鼠耳蜗螺旋神经元的细胞膜上未发现阳性信号。结论五羟色胺受体亚型1A存在于耳蜗螺旋神经元的细胞膜上,推测当毛细胞释放兴奋性神经递质引起螺旋神经元兴奋时,五羟色胺作为神经递质对螺旋神经元的听觉传导活动起着重要的调节作用。Objective To identify the expression of serotonin receptor 1A in the spiral ganghon with the application of LsAB Technique. Methods The frozen slides of the cochlea were extracted from the mouse 3 to 6 days after birth and the serotonin receptor 1A in the spiral ganglion was located with labeled streptavidin - biotin technique, LAB). Results Positive signals were observed in the membrane of spiral ganglion while no serotonin receptor 1A antibody was found in the membrane of spiral ganglion of control group. Conclusion Serotonin receptor 1A has been found in the membrane of spiral ganglion. It indicates that serotoruin as a maybe play an important role in modulating the auditory transmission of the spiral ganglion when it is stimulated by the hair cells to be excitatory.
