摘　　要：生产井特别是水平井和分支井采用笼统注入法实施堵水作业时,堵剂的选择性对预防产层伤害十分重要。综述了国内外主要是国外近期选择性堵水剂的研究和应用进展。选择性堵水剂按作用原理分为两类。一类是聚合物类相渗（透率）调节剂,通过大分链在水相中伸展、在油相中收缩降低水相渗透率,包括以DMDAAC为阳离子的两性聚合物poly-DMDAAC和性能更好的乙烯基单体/酰胺三元共聚物（后者在60℃、6.89-27.56 kPa压降下水、油相流动阻力比高达270-13）,实施堵水作业后油井产油能力逐渐提高。另一类是选择性水相封堵剂,除硅酸盐类、沥青类、乳化稠油外,主要介绍了由阴离子表面活性剂、反离子盐（钾盐）、缓冲溶液组成的黏弹性表面活性剂（VEAS或VAS）体系,该体系一般与相渗调节剂共同使用。介绍了两类选择性堵水剂在国外一些油田的应用情况。讨论了选择性堵水效果评价问题和选择性堵水剂研发方向。图2表1参12。The selectivity of water shutoff agents （WSAs） is very important for minimizing the pollution of production zones in water shutoff operations by the way of whole section injection in production wells and particularily in horizontal and lateral wells. The advances in research and application of selective WSAs in China and abroad are reviewed. Selective WSAs can be divided into two cataloges according to their function. The first cataloge, polymeric relative permeability modifiers （RPM）, reduces water permeability through polymer chain extension in water and contraction in oil and includes amphoteric polymer, poly-DMDAAC, and more effective vinyl-amide terpolymer, the later having flow resistance ratio of water to oil 270-13 at 60℃ and pressure drop 6.89-27.56 kPa. The oil productivity raises gradually after a water shutoff job with RPM conducted. Of another cataloge, besides of silicates, asphaltic, and emulsified heavy oil, a viscoelastic anionic surfactant （VEAS, or VAS） system comprising an anionic surfactant, a counterion, K^＋ , salt, and buffering solution is presented and applied commonly in combination with an RPM. The uses of the two cataloges of selected WSAs abroad are described. The evaluation of a selective water shutoff operation and the tendency of developing selective WSAs are discussed.
