浅谈信息化对高校图书馆的影响及其服务创新

摘　　要：信息化管理从硬件设施、服务内容与软件设施、对工作人员的要求三个方面使高校图书馆运行模式发生相应的变化,并导致图书馆的业务范围扩大,要求高校图书馆人员素质提升。高校图书馆应从管理制度创新、资源配置创新和技术手段创新三个方面应对信息化的挑战。Informationization changes the operation mechanism of universities library though such three aspects as the hardware facility, the service content and the software facility, and the universities library staff＇s quality, accordingly,it requires to expand the library the business scope and to improve the universities library staff＇s quality. The universities library should challenge to informationization at such three aspects as management system innovation, the resources allocation mechanism innovation and the technical method innovates.
