保护患儿私密性和个人空间在提高淋巴瘤患儿护理效果中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨保护淋巴瘤患儿私密性和个人空间在提高化疗护理效果中的作用。方法在实施同一个化疗方案的前后两次住院期间,对患儿分别采取常规护理方式和满足患儿个人空间行为的护理方式,观察记录患儿的生理及心理反应。结果采用满足患儿私密性和个人空间完整性的护理后,患儿的呕吐次数减少,睡眠时间和饮食量增加,焦虑和抑郁程度明显减轻。结论保护个人私密性和空间的完整性可以提高淋巴瘤患儿的护理效果,有利于小儿健康人格的塑造。Objective To investigate the role of protecting children＇s privacy and personal space in improving the effect of nursing care for the children patients with lymphomas. Method The conventional nursing mode and the new style nursing mode for protecting children＇s privacy and personal space were applied for 30 cases of children patients with lymphomas respectively. Each child patient received the same chemical program during each time of hospitalizations. Their physiological and psychological changes were observed and recorded. Result After applying the new style nursing care, the times of vomiting reduced, and the sleeping time and the appetite improved significantly. Moreover the degree of anxiety and depression were decreased. Conclusion The nursing care of protecting children＇ s privacy and personal space may improve the effect of nursing care for the children patients with lymphomas. It maybe useful for mould them into perfect people with healthy character.
