摘 要:目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)与2型糖尿病肾病的关系。方法散射免疫比浊法测定90例2型糖尿病患者和30例正常人血清CRP含量,并检测尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、肌酐(Cr)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、体质指数(BMI)等指标。比较不同尿白蛋白排泄率患者CRP及血糖、血脂等指标的差异,并分析2型糖尿病患者CRP与尿白蛋白排泄率及代谢指标的关系。结果患者血清CRP含量随病程的延长和尿白蛋白排泄率的增加而显著增高(P<0.05),CRP与UAER、TC及HbA1c呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病血清CRP水平升高与尿白蛋白排泄率关系密切,CRP可做为判断糖尿病肾病肾损害程度的指标之一。Objective To study the relation of C Reactive Protein with the diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Serum C Reactive Protein(CRP) was assayed by nephelometry in 90 type 2 diabetics and 30 health subjects, and Urinary Albumin Excretion Rate(UAER), creatinine(Cr), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), total cholesterol(TC), triglyeride(TG) and body mass index(BMI) were also assayed. The relation among CRP, UAER and other items was studied. Result Higher Serum CRP in type 2 diabetics was characterized by a higher UAER, and there were significant positive relation among CRP, UAER,TC and HbAlc( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Serum CRP seems to affect markedly UAER of type 2 diabetics. The concentration of CRP may be agreed with the severity of Diabetic Nephropathy.
