摘　　要：目的:探讨Medpor支架的医学生物学性能及其在全耳郭再造术中的临床应用和效果。方法:36例先天性小耳畸形,均以耳后乳突区扩张皮瓣包被Medpor支架行全耳郭再造术。结果:36例皆成功,经6个月～5年的随访观察支架无软化、吸收或变形,质地柔软,形态、大小与健侧对称。结论:Medpor作为全耳郭再造术的支架,是一种良好的支架材料。Objective Study on the nature of medicine and biologica of Mdpor support and its result using in auricle reconstruction. Methods Thirty -six cases with congenital microtia auricle repaired using Medpor support and expanded skin flap in mastoid process area. Results All cases were success ,and Follow - up ofter operation for 6m-5years their suppots all had not suffeved softness,pabsovption,and deformation,the repaired auricles were soft,their form were symmetry with healthy one. Conclusion It showed that the Medpore was a good material of auricle support in auricle reconstruction.
