摘  要:中国石化抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)开发了最新一代的柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂FH-FS,对其用于几种含硫、氮和芳烃差异较大柴油原料的加氢精制试验结果进行了分析,重点讨论了芳烃加氢性能。试验在200mL小型加氢装置上进行,在氢油体积比500:1、反应压力6.4MPa和体积空速(1.0~2.5)h。等工艺条件下,使用FH-FT催化剂,精制油硫含量均可降至50μg·g^-1以下,同时可脱除更多的芳烃,使多环芳烃脱除率达到71.0%~80.5%,密度下降(0.0161-0.0269)g·cm^-3,十六烷值提高1.5~15.8个单位,可较大幅度提升柴油质量。FH-FS催化剂在反应温度比参比剂低15℃时,脱硫和脱氮水平相当,但多环芳烃和总芳烃脱除率仍比参比剂高10个百分点以上。FH—FS催化剂对于炼油厂生产低芳烃、低密度和高十六烷值的优质超低硫(S〈50μg·g^-1),甚至是无硫(S〈10μg·g^-1)柴油来说,是一非常有效的催化剂。Test results for FH-FS ultra-deep hydrodesulphurization catalyst, developed by Sinopec Fush- un Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals( FRIPP), for treatments of diesel oils with different sulfur, nitrogen and aromatics were described. Under the condition of H2/oil volumetric ratio 500: 1, LHSV (1.0 -2.5 )and reaction pressure 6. 4 MPa, the test results on 200 mL hydrogenation unit showed that sulfur content in treated oil was less than 50μg·g^-1, hydrodearomatization efficieney was 71.0% -80.5 %, density of the oil declined by (0. 016 1 -0. 026 9) g·cm^-3 and cetene number increased by 1.5 - 15.8, thus quality of the diesel was greatly improved. At reaction temperature 15℃ lower than that of reference catalyst, hydrodearomatization rate for multi-ring aromatics and total aromatic was 10 percentage points higher than that of reference catalyst, with hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation efficiency comparable to that of reference catalyst. FH-FS catalyst is an efficient catalyst for producing ultra-low ( S 〈 50μg·g^-1 ) or ‘ulfur-free’ diesel ( S 〈 10μg·g^-1) with low aromatics, low density and higher eetene number.
